UMG 113.04/05 Sawdust machine

Sawdust machine – machine that makes sawdust for wood pellets from logs, branches, boards, and cants.  Infeed conveyor with reversible drive direction allows easy removal of oversize logs. Carbide teeth are fast and easy to replace. Infeed drums that hold on raw material are driven by hydraulic motors and automatically controls infeed speed depending on the load on the electric motor protecting it from overheating and guaranteeing continuous work. The hydraulic power station is placed outside the machine for easy maintenance. Sawdust outfeed can be an integrated belt conveyor or drag chain conveyor. At the end, we get a fraction with a particle size of 1-3 mm, which makes it possible to exclude additional chip grinding from the technological process before the drying process. The use of this machine allows you to reduce the cost of producing wood pellets to 5 euros per ton.
