UMG 401.01 Set of equipment for log feed
Log feeding system. Accumulating ramp (2) is designed for storage and further transportation of logs to the processing line. The step-by-step hydraulic uncoupler of logs with a piece dispenser (1) is designed for the piece delivery of logs onto a feeding table or a conveyor for the purpose of their further processing. The scraper conveyor (3) for collecting waste with an inclined hill is designed to collect waste from the bottom of the accumulation ramp with a log breaker and store it in front of the accumulation ramp.
UMG 402.01 Machine set for rough log cross-cutting
The set of machines is designed for rough cross-cutting of deciduous and coniferous logs. The log is cut into two or three pieces along a given length. Transporter 103.34 for supplying a log with a log positioning mechanism, transporter 103.26 with equipment for measuring the volume of a log, 119.05 – a rough log cross-cutting machine, 127.08 chain transporter with a hydraulic dispenser. This set is part of a complete production line.

UMG 411.03 Machine set for board packing
Machine set for board packing is used for automatic assembly of individual blanks in layered packaging. It is used for the formation of transportation or drying packages from boards, planks, other flat sawn wood. Depending on the specific modification, it is designed for leveling the blanks in a package along two edges at once. Laying of shock absorbing material is carried out automatically by mechanized method. The proposed horizontal type of load board packaging equipment complex is designed for processing piece wood with a cut from 14×72 to 50×175 mm. In automatic mode, packets 0.8-1.2 m. wide and 0.8-1.5 m. long are formed.
